We are an established social services organization with a passionate commitment to servicing the needs and well-being of our communities through many different outlets.

Through our offices and affiliates in Southern California including Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego counties, we have the opportunity to make a significant difference in these areas and aid those in need with our more than 1,500 volunteers.

With compassion, love and hope, Community Care Centers has served in communities to help underserved children, disadvantaged families, homeless, the abused, elderly and developmentally challenged.
