Resource Referrals

Everyone in need deserves to be directed to an appropriate resource to meet those needs.  If LSS is unable to provide assistance we will do our best to offer support through our strong referral network.  We serve the following needs in this manner:  housing, emergency shelters, food, employment, mental health, education, vocation, legal services, medical services, human services, and welfare care.

Transitional Living Program

Long term transitional living is provided for families and individuals who are already on track towards independent living.  This is a program designed to transition clients to permanent housing, while providing needed life skills, and resolution of issues that hinder self-sufficiency.  It will include intensive case management on a regular weekly/monthly basis and be linked with other programs or services, creating a comprehensive approach to self-sufficiency.  Program fees and a mandatory savings plan are part of this program.
