LSS CCC is the lead agency in a formal alliance, the Big Bear Mental Health Alliance, and provides mental health services for individuals who are not Medi-Cal eligible and who have no other means of obtaining necessary care. Our goal is to reduce barriers to accessing mental health services for our most vulnerable populations.

Prevention and Early Intervention Services – Older Adults
LSS CCC provides services to identify older adults who may be feeling symptoms of depression, and through a delightful combination of educational and social activities seeks to prevent the onset of clinical depression. Intervention through our Mental Health Clinic is readily available if needed.
Child Abuse Prevention
LSS CCC provides Parenting Education, Anger Management, Therapeutic Counseling for children and families, and In-Home Basic Life Skills Education for families suffering from, or at risk of, child abuse or neglect, or Domestic Violence.
